Overview

We are looking for a responsible, organized and resourceful Virtual Assistant to join our team. Working remotely you will mange projects, emails, phone calls, Social Media posts and responses, assist in creating presentations and document. The ideal Canditate would have a deep compasion for people, be tech savvy, able to communicate through multiple channels, be English speaking and super organized.

 

 

 

 

formatting emails and sending out newsletters

-posting on social media

-managing clients and emails

-updating squarespace website

-Managing acuity scheduling and personal schedule

-sending out appointment confirmations and zoom links (setting up automatic)

-transferring new clients into email crm (constant contact)

-keeping financial records of client payments and business expenses

-managing email inbox

-creating PDFs

-content management for online courses (uploading videos and pdfs and setting up accounts etc)

-managing contractors (graphic designers, videographers, copywriters etc)

-creating and managing Monday.com

– digital file and asset management

-setting up and managing group zoom calls
