Are you good at Networking in your own local community?

I am looking to expand the number local coordinators on my team throughout Indiana but not limited to Indiana only.  This is a contract position that is renewable each year. We set goals and we meet our goals. You can work as little or as much as you choose. You will work directly with Exchange students, local High Schools, and local families. We offer supplemental income, great bonus potential, and most of the work is done right from your home. There are also international travel incentives. This is a wonderful position for stay at home parents, Military spouses, school employees wishing to earn some extra money. This position is not limited to lifestyle, or orientation and seeks to employ a diverse network of team members.

Exchange Student Coordinators must be able to:

Have access to a computer, printer and scanner.
Have reliable transportation, capable of reaching 30 -60 miles from your home. (depending on how far your host families live from you but not allowed more than 60 miles from your home.)
Willing to take, and able to pass a background check.
Great team working skills.
Be at least 25 years old.
Set goals and reach them.
Self-motivated.
Job Description:

Locate host families in your area
Match exchange students with host family.
Perform a host family interview and a family home walk through inspection.
Work with schools to obtain necessary signatures for school acceptance.
Complete all other paperwork for placement.
Supervise exchange student and mediate with family and school if needed.
Be available to Host family and student in case any emergencies arise that they need guidance with.
Complete monthly contact form by the deadline
Able to do online training on your own time schedule before being hired.
Compensation:

$300-$500 per exchange student placed.
$50 per student per month for supervision (approx. 2 hrs need per month to perform this duty per student.)
Earn travel points to use on international travel opportunities annually.
