Our company generates leads for sales and marketing teams who are looking to get more sales. We use email to reach out to new prospects to generate new business and meetings.  Part of that process is to find and identify new target prospects to email.

We are looking for an individual to help with data creation (identify new prospects) for our email outreach. We have multiple databases we subscribe to and download the new contacts from so it isn’t a manual process.

The process involves:

1. Uploading Do Not Contact (DNC) list of unwanted companies
2. Searching for qualified companies based on industries, revenues, and criteria established by Breakthrough Email Account Manager and SDR (Sales Development Representative..
3. Pulling the specified employees’ titles required for the campaign.
4. Verifying email addresses to ensure success.
5. Consolidate email addresses in Google Sheets and send to SDR to upload into our email system Quickmail.

All tools and training will be provided.

Systems we use:
Research: Lead 411, Sales Navigator, Seamless.ai,
Email Verification: Alfred Knows, and EmailListVerify
Outbound emailing: Quickmail, SendGrid
