Overview

You will be the “Project Manager” for our company with an emphasis on coordinating new website projects and digital marketing campaigns for our new, amazing clients.

Daily tasks include:

* Support marketing executives to organize various internal marketing projects.
* Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
* Manage client SEO using prescribed process that might include:
1. Manage SEO tasks determined by CEO.
2. SEO tasks and monthly reviews.
3. Setting up tasks based on our consultation
4. Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
5. Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information.
6. Communicate directly with clients if needed to clarify deliverables.
7. Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
8. Manage company and client blogs
9. Manage marketing calendars.
10. Researching blog content
11. Create blog brief
12. Assigning to writer and QA
13. Add to blog prescribed process.
14. Assign to front-end developer to add to site

Qualifications

* Self-starter — ready to take responsibility for the success of each project. You need to be an “A Player” who does what it takes to get the job done. * GREAT COMMUNICATOR — you must be great on the phone and enjoy talking to customers and you must be able to relay the clients’ likes and dislikes into written text that our design and development team can understand. Even-tempered / no ‘attitude’ / willing to help beyond a job description and do whatever it takes. * Must be extremely organized. You will be coordinating with many different people at the same time and so you must thrive on a fast-paced, fun environment and be very detail-oriented and a note-taker. * You must be able to learn new software quickly. * You must be able to write clearly and quickly. * You MUST have an intermediate level of understanding of design, development, and digital marketing. * You need to be an “expert browser user” and know how to navigate the web and find information quickly. * You should be system-friendly and be someone who thrives on organized systems. . . both using those systems AND setting them up for others. * Customer service experience is a must. You will be dealing with end-user customers, internal team members and partners. In short, you should be an organized people person.
