Overview
Growing Land investing company looking for a sales manager to grow with us.
This will be a position to pursue the sales of raw, vacant land to interested parties.
Will follow up on, mostly, Facebook messenger leads as well as other online leads coming from various places such as Zillow and our website.
Document lead in CRM
Follow up with lead and leave notes in CRM as applicable
Close sales, update CRM
Draft required documents and communicate with buyers
Provide feedback on marketing and other factors that may assist in sales
Additional tasks may be required and/or able to grow into for additional compensation.
Tasks are not “set” and this role can/will be flexible to the individual and business needs. Will be working with a remote team to accomplish and pass through all tasks that do not directly fit into your work zone.

Qualifications
No experience required, however some useful considerations: · Client relations experience · Strong negotiation skills; the ability to put clients at ease · Experience with phone/online sales and building rapport with clients remotely · Experience with CRM tools a plus · Experience with Excel/Google Sheets, Google Voice, One Drive, and Word/Google Docs a plus · Web development and graphic design experience a plus · Social media and email/text marketing campaigns a plus
