About the position: 

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

-The Real Estate Excel Expert is a strategic professional who seeks to improve the land valuation process through data analysis.
-This role drives deal flow by strategically pricing markets so we can accurately deliver offers to landowners with the property sight unseen.
-Exceptional performance requires analysis of the for sale market and sold transaction history with strategic acumen to identify subtle key attributes that drive land valuation.
-As acquisition opportunities are presented, the data analyst is responsible for reviewing and valuing each property against purchasing criteria.
-This role is a key driver of our business – essentially acting as a leading indicator of future business performance.
-Success through this role is measured against historical Key Performance Indicators.

Position Details:

  • This is a full-time 40 hour/week W-2 position
  • Must be available during core business hours
  • Compensation: $60,000 base salary plus commission determined by contribution and company performance.
  • Commission expected to be around $30,000 based on historical data.



-Strong Self Starter / Personal Accountability / Analytical Thinking / Problem-Solving / Time & Priority Management Skills.
-Advanced Excel proficiency.
-Minimum of 5 years of data analysis experience.
-Prior software programming experience is helpful.
-Four-year degree preferred.
-Access to high-speed internet service.
