As a quickly growing company we need someone who can help on all operations and sales fronts: managing and updating inventory, entering orders into Quickbooks, coordinating with our logistics team in Raleigh, supporting our existing customers and also working to continue growing the business by reaching out to target accounts. You will act as the face of the Home brand, providing a first-rate customer experience in sales, issue resolution, and design consultation customer interactions.
More expectations:
Become a brand advocate, guiding our customers with incredible on-brand design advice.
Handle customer support through phone and email.
Process returns, replacements, refunds, and other post-sale transactions.
Develop customer relationships to ensure brand loyalty and repeat visits from customers.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS Strong writing and communications skills. Extremely organized and detail-oriented. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task. Must be able to troubleshoot and problem solve independently, think creatively and provide fresh ideas. Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and bring positive energy to the team. Located in the US or in a US time zone. Interest in socially responsible business; Interest in art or interior design. Available to work at least 4 days a week for 1-3 hours per day. Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word, proficiency in Excel and Photoshop a plus. Graphic Design experience a plus.
