POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll support our email and funnel marketing campaigns. This will include implementing campaigns, email launches, and funnels, and reporting on the performance of campaigns. It will also include coaching clients occasionally on their marketing.
We’re looking for someone who can effectively manage several detailed projects simultaneously, and delegate tasks to various supporting team members, so all deadlines and projects are completed on time. Must be able to analyze campaign data to make strategic recommendations to clients.
Not everyone can be a Digital Marketing Specialist with us. To be seriously considered for the role, please take a look at the preferred skills we are looking for:
PREFERRED SKILLS
· Deep understanding of email marketing, and funnels knowledge from opt-in to conversion
· Strong proficiency in building campaigns in a CRM, and understanding audiences, and retargeting traffic. Experience with Infusionsoft/Keap preferred.
· Skilled in identifying trends and patterns while analyzing metrics
· Advanced project management skills
· Proficiency using platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and Google
· Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
· Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
· Ability to write powerful and effective marketing copy
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent industry experience
Since we serve the transformational community, you must be comfortable working with coaches, healers, and consultants.

HOURS
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5:30 PM ET. There are a few exciting events throughout the year that may require some weekend or after-hours support.

It’s also a unique role where creativity and innovation are welcomed and encouraged. LOCATION
Our office is located in Asheville, NC, but you don’t need to be here.
