Overview
NYC psychotherapy practice looking for a virtual office manager to remotely perform the following duties:
● Returning phone calls daily
● Answering questions about the different services the ATTN Center provides
● Coordinating with therapists about referrals and client scheduling issues
● Collecting and processing credit card payments for client sessions on Quickbooks
● Following up with clients when their credit cards are declined to obtain another payment
● Being able to uphold HIPAA privacy standards
● Being accountable
● Other duties as assigned

Mental health clinic in NYC that serves ADHD and Trauma Populations. We currently have 3 therapists sharing 1 office.
Qualifications
● Caring and bright phone presence ● Expertise with Quickbooks, billing and payroll ● Highly organized ● Excellent written communicator ● Follow through with projects and tasks ● Able to use various online platforms such as google documents, answering services, electronic medical records, etc. ● Excellent customer service ● Sales experience a plus
