Overview

We are in expansion mode in 2023 and in the process of identifying freelance and individuals with HR experience to support our clients if/when opportunities present themselves, on an as-needed project-by-project basis. Note: Opportunities will be presented under 1099 opportunities. We cannot guarantee specific project placements as of yet, but will revisit our contact list frequently and reach out when there is a strong match.

This is a great opportunity for HR professionals on a career break, and/or freelancers and solo business owners with an HR background who wish to continue gaining exposure within the HR field.

Ideal experience: 

  • Adaptable to different environments; comfortable working in venture-backed startup and/or corporate environments
  • Has previous specialist, generalist or administrative HR experience with working in the US; familiarity with jurisdictions like California and New York a plus
  • Experienced with different verticals, including but not limited to: onboarding/offboarding, performance management, employee relations, total rewards, and/or HR compliance
  • Strategic and flexible in picking up different gigs in a freelance or consulting capacity
  • PHR or SPHR certifications a plus
