Job Description
We are seeking an Accounts Receivables Virtual Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for managing a clients accounts receivables making calls and sending emails to homeowners and insurance companies. We work for restoration companies helping them to get paid faster.
Responsibilities:
Make collections calls/send emails to insurance companies and homeowners on behalf of the restoration company
Maintain the clients database/software of all notes and updates
Provide information to the restoration company
Document and update all records and communications
Job Details:
Work from home – You make your own schedule.
Commission pay of all your collections. You make a percentage of everything you collect.
There is no limit to how much you make. No glass ceiling.

Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, accounting, or other related fields Proficiency in excel, google drive, and basic CRM/software systems Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills
