We are looking for an energetic, organized person who is ready to grow with our coaching company, and help us grow our mission.
Day to day tasks include:
– scheduling appointments with collaborators, clients
– following up on appointments and post-appointment wrap up (sending notes, recordings, agreements)
– scheduling podcast, summit appearances and follow up after
– client welcome and onboarding (all digital)
– make sure that the founder is delivering what is necessary for the projects to keep moving forward
– assisting the founder during webinars, and video, online presentations
