Overview
Background:
I have a bookkeeping business that works exclusively with real estate investors. I am looking for an experienced real estate bookkeeper to help with monthly bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks Online. I’ll assign you one client at first that will take approximately 10 hours per month. If this goes well, I’d be happy to continue to add clients to your workload. As I’m a new business I’m looking for someone who is willing to grow with me.

You see bookkeeping as a puzzle with a correct answer. You are a problem solver and will try to come up with a solution before bringing me a question. You work well independently and never miss a deadline.
Job duties include:
Entering bank transactions monthly for existing client
Monthly bank reconciliations
Rehab transaction coding
Preparing journal entries for purchases/sales
Financial statement review
