PT VA/Production Coordinator

Overview

PRO-ACTIVE Production Coordinator that is DETAIL-ORIENTED and ORGANIZED with SUPERHERO MULTI-TASKING skills needed to assist Producer of one of the world’s largest online events, reaching more than 6.5 million listeners in 190 countries.

YOU ARE:
Self-starter – anticipate needs associated with outlined timeframes and deadlines
Quick study – open to learning new systems and specific processes

Position Requirements:
High-level organization and interpersonal skills a must
Strong written communication skills
Ability to interpret season schedule and associated production checkpoints and deadlines

Production Coordinator Duties Will Include:
Develop tickler schedule for Producer review for associated production deadlines
Organize preliminary details of speaker submissions offer copy and deliverables
Identify gaps in offer details, including copy, runtimes, deliverables, bonuses
Flag potential deadline issues
Review quality of audio/video deliverables

Systems Required:
Gmail
Google Apps (Folder/Document/Spreadsheet Creation and Updates)
Skype
DropBox
WeTransfer (File Transfer Apps)

Work Environment Requirements:
3-5 years working virtually
Dedicated, uninterrupted workspace
Dedicated landline with unlimited long distance
Email access
A reliable computer with current, updated OS required
Broadband high-speed Internet connectivity. NO DSL or dial-up

This position will be a dedicated resource for this online event. Supporting other telesummits concurrently will disqualify any candidate.

This is a 1099 contract position – no benefits will be offered. W9 and sub-contractor/non-compete agreement and NDA
required. Pay DOE.
