We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist to embrace our mission and be a committed team member to the firm’s growth and expansion in the future. The Sales & Marketing Specialist role will assist with external marketing efforts and inside sales, eventually evolving into a full-time sales position, 30-40 estimated hours per week.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Interact directly with potential and current clients with cheer and patience through various platforms including websites, podcasts and social campaigns
- Responsible for B2B and B2C Marketing campaigns:
- -Social media strategy and implementation, including YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter
- -Content writing, editing and curation
- -Utilize Google Analytics and other reporting methods to produce helpful metrics
- -Utilize Google AdWords and SEO to affect conversions
- -Conference and event planning
Sales Responsibilities:
This position facilitates a professional introduction (“hand off”) to the legal team once an engagement is signed and then opens the file, manages the welcome process and conducts quality control checks at predetermined milestones during a case.
- Utilize a consultative selling approach when conducting sales calls to illustrate the value and benefits of our services
- Periodically attend networking events as a professional representative of the firm
- Provide feedback to management on quality and volume of sales leads
- Prospective Clients
- -Meet with prospective new clients (PNCs) to find clarity about their situation and educate them about their options
- -Document all contacts with the PNC both before, during and after the meeting including all follow-up attempts in CRM tool
- -Follow-up with PNCs that said “No”
- New Clients:
- -Prepare pre-conditioning packages and systems prior to meeting with PNCs
- -Facilitate a professional introduction and transition to the legal team once the case or matter has begun.
- -Update CRM system with details of all interactions with clients in a timely manner
- Current Clients:
- -Actively maintain relationships with current clients at set milestones during their case and document in CRM
Requirements:
- Interest and experience in consultative sales telephone sales preferred
- Knowledge of lead generation and sales funnel process preferred
- Experience selling high-ticket tangible products or financial services preferred
- Direct marketing campaign experience preferred
- Experience with CRM tools preferred
- Degree educated preferred
- Knowledge of the legal industry is a plus
- Direct marketing campaign experience preferred
- Candidate must be: exceptionally organized, have a proactive “can-do” attitude, high-attention to detail and strong time-management skills
- Interested candidates should include a portfolio of prior marketing campaign samples in addition to resume and cover letter detailing your applicable professional experience.
