This individual’s primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to the Operations Manager. The second key component of the position is to provide clients with an exceptional, high-engagement, high-touch experience while being the front line for all client communications and needs. This position is evolving every day we are looking for a candidate who is up for the challenge. The Operations Assistant will be expected to help structure new procedures and processes for client success and general operations.



The Administrative Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Enter sales data into the daily sales tracker
Double-check all sales data in HubSpot
Weekly new client review
Send new client agreements
Edit client agreements as needed
The ability to conduct Accounts Receivable activities related to client billing
Review each account to determine the appropriate way to collect funds owed to the company
Managing the day-to-day calendar for internal and external meetings
Create meeting agenda for weekly team meetings
Process counter disputes
Update metrics for L10 meetings
Track & Check Client Success Account Manager calendars
Answer general bookkeeping questions as needed
Coordinating and managing travel
Company event planning
Employee onboarding & offboarding

1+ years of relevant customer service, support, and administrative experience
A client-first mentality that demonstrates exceptional customer service delivery
Strong desire and enjoyment in building and maintaining high-touch relationships with clients
Able to maintain a positive attitude through all types of situations
Strong ability to adapt and make ongoing adjustments through a coachable attitude
Willingness to be flexible with necessary duties in a rapidly expanding company
Strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Candidate must be able to multitask and keep up with various tasks at a given time
Able to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
Works well in a team environment with a positive attitude and a strong willingness and desire to help others
Proactive approach to client and team communication
