This individual’s primary role and responsibility is to provide expert assistance to clients, guide clients through the program, and help them scale their business. We will rely on you to identify pain points with clients before they become issues and turn into unhappy clients. You will manage the entire lifecycle of the client and be their main point of contact, assisting them in any way they need to reach their goals.




The Account Manager’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manage 40-60 clients for their entire lifecycle in the program
Offer support to clients via Zoom calls and messaging support
Consistently touch base with clients throughout their journey in the program
Track all client communication timely and accurately in HubSpot
Assist in the evolution of the client lifecycle to develop a streamlined and structured program

1+ years of relevant customer service, support, and administrative experience
A client-first mentality that demonstrates exceptional customer service delivery
Strong desire and enjoyment in building and maintaining high-touch relationships with clients
Able to maintain a positive attitude through all types of situations
Strong ability to adapt and make ongoing adjustments through a coachable attitude
Willingness to be flexible with necessary duties in a rapidly expanding company
Strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Candidate must be able to multitask and keep up with various tasks at a given time
Able to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
Works well in a team environment with a positive attitude and a strong willingness and desire to help others
Proactive approach to client and team communication
