We are looking for a self-motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Remote Appointment Setter. Our ideal candidate will be able to use their business knowledge and charm to engage potential customers and increase B2B sales through outbound calling in southern California: Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego. We will provide industry and process training, scripts, and the opportunity to control your level of success by contributing to our success.
Duties & Responsibilities
Cold call potential clients with approved scripts on outbound calls
Provide information to potential clients
Use provided rebuttals to overcome objections during the appointment setting process
Schedule appointments or sales consultations
Help increase B2B sales
Clean/scrub direct marketing mailing lists for accuracy and completeness
Timely and accurate data input of lead and appointment information
Maintain and perform follow-up data and phone calls for lead and appointment generation
Follow-up, closing and surveying customers and potential customers
Ensure all phone conversations with potential clients are professional and value-added
Obtain the required number of appointments per day/week/month
Ensure quality of meetings set, meeting the standards we have set
Telemarketing or sales experience (preferred)
Ability to follow a sales script
Great phone etiquette
Basic computer proficiency
Strong communication skills
Customer/client focus and listening skills
Ability to overcome obstacles and pursue desired results
Passionate about selling
