Overview
We are looking for a talented writer who is personally passionate and professionally knowledgeable about natural living (i.e. non-toxic baby & kids products, etc.)
We’d love for you to potentially work up to 4 pieces per month, although this is flexible. The articles will be a mix of assigned pieces that we give you, as well as ideas that you pitch. We want you to enjoy what you’re writing about!
Skills required:
– Ability to write excellent, easy-to-understand, and reader-friendly blog articles
– Strong knowledge of SEO
– Personal and professional knowledge of non-toxic and natural living, and the ability to research related topics (we love curiosity!)
– Native or fluent English
Most of the articles will fall under one of two categories:
– Listicles (“10 Non-Toxic Baby Mattresses” / “Natural Bubble Bath for Kids”)
– How-Tos (“How to Test Your Home for Mold” / “How to Make Your Own Fresh Baby Food”)
Although many of the articles will be baby/kid-focused, you will also have the option of writing more general pieces for adults as well, if you’d like.
In your proposal, please include:
– Your resume or portfolio
– A few examples of similar writing you’ve done in the past
– Why this particular contributor role interests you
– Your rate per blog post (or range)
