We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-orientated Account Manager to guide progressive brands on how to leverage Amazon’s platforms to attract and engage with consumers to ultimately drive stellar sales performance.

You are responsible for overall client relationships and account health through the delivery of optimal solutions that are on time, on budget and exceed client expectations.
– Forge strong relationships and build trust with clients by delivering an exceptional level of service and going beyond.
– Understand client challenges and form strategies and plans to deliver on requirements
– Define timing, roles, responsibilities and dependencies within project plans
– Managing the execution of project plans including client communication and updates.
– Ability to draw insights from large amounts of data and provide recommendations to clients on marketplace strategy, media tactics (brand and performance).
– Tracking resource utilization, and spotting scope creep
– Upselling services and products, compiling proposals and scope of work documents.
– Lead bi-weekly calls with clients to address project work on a variety of deliverables.
Generate reports that analyze customer pricing/promotional performance and competitive analysis.
Continually seek knowledge about Amazon products and solutions.
Build relationship with key folks across Amazon Advertising group and beyond.
Amazon Advertising Certified would be a plus.
