Overview

The Instagram Experience Manager will be focused on one main task: Management and Communication for our Instagram Direct Message Channel. Each Day, the Instagram Experience Manager will reach out to all new followers  and engage in conversation with them. You’ll be providing helpful haircare and skincare advice, details on products, discount codes, etc.

This role is critical as it is directly customer-facing. The role is completely remote and will be at most 1-2 hours a day (flexible).
