Overview

ISO of a Right Hand and Practice Manager to help me run my busy bookkeeping firm. The ideal candidate is available for a regular schedule of 25 hours/week (could grow to more hours), has at least 5 years bookkeeping and management experience, knowledge of Quickbooks Online, Karbon and other cloud-based tools, AND an abiding interest in delighting our clientele with timely, useful, pretty financial intelligence.

This position will keep us on track toward deadlines, ensure our SOPs are up-to-date and our tech stack serving our growing needs.

Qualifications

Software/apps: Quickboooks Online certification; Karbon; Google Drive; Gusto; QBT/Workforce. Bookkeeping/Management: 5 years experience minimum. Remote Work: experience working remotely, either as a leader of a team or firm. Time- and project-management abilities: excellent! Problem-solving positive can-do attitude: YES, PLEASE.
