Adminstrative Assistant
Overview
We are a growing online group therapy practice specializing in working with women, adults with anxiety, trauma survivors, and couples. Our mission is to provide high-quality, accessible mental health care through a compassionate, client-centered approach. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and help us better serve our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Insurance Communication: Interface with insurance companies (e.g., Aetna, Cigna) to follow up on billing issues, denials, and claims resolution.
Client Communication: Communicate with clients regarding their billing questions, insurance coverage, and payment issues in a professional, empathetic manner.
Client Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new clients by collecting required forms, verifying insurance, and following up to ensure all necessary information is received.
Administrative Support: Work directly with the owner on administrative projects such as credentialing with insurance panels, organizing practice documents, and improving internal systems.
Other Duties as Needed: Help with general administrative tasks that support the smooth operation of the practice.
