The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive, confident, and detail-driven Accountant to join our growing team. What You’ll Do
- Process invoices, payments, and reconcile transactions with precision.
- Record financial transactions (purchases, sales, receipts, payments) accurately and timely.
- Verify, allocate, and post transactions while reconciling accounts to maintain ledger accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal use and clients.
- Monitor and reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
- Assist with payroll processing and compliance.
- Support tax and Audit preparation and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local requirements.
- Track budget performance, flag variances, and suggest solutions.
- Identify and implement improvements to workflows, reporting, and financial processes.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing financial insights and clear communication.
What We’re Looking For
Core Skills & Strengths:
- Exceptional attention to detail and financial accuracy.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines independently.
- Strong communication skills to explain financial data clearly to clients.
- A proactive problem-solver who looks for opportunities to improve systems and processes.
- Confidence in applying accounting principles to ensure compliance and clarity.
- Commitment to longevity—we are seeking someone ready to grow with us and invest in this role for the long term.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree Required
4+ years of accounting experience.
Demonstrated success in Accounting Prowess Multi Client Accounting Experience is a Plus
