The Role
We’re looking for a Full-Time Accountant ( potential for Flexibility) who’s ready to take ownership of the accounting function for a group of clients. This is not a data-entry role—it’s a dynamic, hands-on accounting position where your insights and initiative truly make a difference.
You’ll manage the full accounting cycle—from journal entries and reconciliations to reporting and client communication. We’re seeking someone confident in their technical skills, proactive in identifying improvements, and dedicated to growing with us for the long haul.

What You’ll Do
Manage full-cycle accounting for assigned clients—owning the process from transaction entry to financial reporting.
Prepare, record, and post journal entries accurately and efficiently.
Reconcile accounts monthly (bank, credit card, loan, etc.) to ensure accuracy.
Review financial data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Create and analyze financial reports that help clients make informed business decisions.
Process invoices, payments, and payroll as needed, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Support tax preparation and liaise with external tax professionals.
Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy.
Serve as a trusted financial partner—communicating clearly, confidently, and proactively with clients.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of proven accounting experience and the ability to do the fill cycle
Strong understanding of accounting principles and journal entry posting.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets.
Sharp attention to detail and the ability to catch discrepancies before they become problems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills—you can explain financial concepts clearly and professionally.
Confidence and self-motivation—you know how to take initiative and move tasks forward without hand-holding.
Commitment to long-term growth within a company that values consistency and trust.
Education:
Bachelors Degree.
