Position: Client Success Manager
We’re seeking a dedicated and personable Client Success Manager to join our growing team. This role is crucial in helping us achieve our vision by being the embodiment of our “Happy To Serve” core value during every step of the client experience. The Client Success Manager serves as the first point of contact for clients and ensures they feel welcomed, appreciated, and supported throughout their journey with Peak Sodding.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming client inquiries
- Conduct pre-appointment confirmation calls and welcome calls to new clients
- Process client payments and manage payment-related communications
- Coordinate review requests after project completion
- Manage referral thank you communications and client concern/warranty calls

Key Performance Indicators:
- Maintain response time of under 30 minutes for all inbound leads during business hours
- Maintain a greater than 80% lead-to-appointment booking ratio
- Successfully collect and process all client payments within established timeframes
- Achieve high client satisfaction scores and positive reviews
