We are a 3PL which provides e-commerce and fulfillment shipping services to our customers. We currently are operating just under 1 million square feet of warehouse space between NY, NJ, SC and NV. We have been growing in leaps and bounds and I am in desperate need of an assistant. I am really looking for a right hand person who can help lighten up my desk as well as some of my personal/ life responsibilities. Someone who (over time) understands the way I think and can jump in to help with the many things that pop up throughout the day. I am looking for someone that is sensitive to the confidentiality this job will require, as well as someone who is flexible, conscientious and easy going.
Responsibilities could include (but are not limited to)
Scheduling meetings
Social Media Posting
Holiday Planning
Checking email / responding on my behalf
Sourcing materials for jobs
Pulling reports (Excel knowledge is a MUST)
Creating KPI’s
Sending Daily Health Checks
Researching vendors / organizing porposals
Sending gifts to customers or employees
Filing and facilitating keeping my personal office under control
Sending thank you notes
Arranging Travel plans
Running Occasional Errands
Ideally I would love to hire someone that has some flexibility to be in the office 2x per week and then work the rest from home.
I am flexible on schedule and hours worked although I believe I need someone for a minimum of 20 hours week and as much as 40! The more you are able to take off my plate, the more hours I can give you and the more I can compensate you!
