We are a small, but growing real estate investment company performing all property management in-house. We are looking for someone on EST time (or willing to work EST) to followup with tenants regarding any back rents, payment plans, updating online collection reports, filing for evictions, managing weekend emergency calls, assisting with maintenance and repair tickets and other tenant and unit related items. Everything can be done remotely via internet using company email, google voice and property management software. Possiblity of turning into full – time.

215Rentals is the property management arm for multiple entities which we self manage. Starting in 2009 with 12 units and building to ~70 properties as of 2020, we are looking to expand in 2021 with an additional 40-60 units. We serve both the subsidized and non-subsidized community providing apartments and row homes within Philadelphia.


We can train, basic knowledge of excel and google apps is helpful, but not necessary
