Overview

At 101, Sales Associates are integral to establishing and maintaining successful relationships with our customers. This is a unique role where you will determine your own hours and report to the head of the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails
Presenting our company to potential clients
Understand our customer’s needs and create ways to target those specific needs
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
Set up meetings or calls between clients and Account Managers
Work in Salesforce to track lead progress

Compensation
Per hour + Commission

You’d be a good fit if:

You are a quick and clear communicator (must be highly proficient in English)
You have the ability to manage your own time and be diligent with follow-ups
You have a high level of empathy and you can quickly grasp the issues professors, students and administrators are facing.
You have a passion for education/technology and are excited to be a part of a fast-growing SaaS company
You have a good track record of completing sales quotas
Have experience using CRM software
Bonus points if you bring 1+ years of sales experience in any field where you had direct contact with potential customers via phone and email. Technology and start-ups are a plus.
