Virtual Assistant 2 – Hire My Mom

Virtual Assistant 2

Dear Hiring Manager,

I read with interest your posting for the virtual assistant position on the Hire My Mom job board. I believe I
possess the necessary skills and experience you are seeking and would make a valuable addition to your
company.

As my resume indicates, I possess more than 30 years of progressive experience in the customer
service field. My professional history includes positions such as database analyst at Experian as well as
administrative assistant at Fitness Consulting Group and currently Bold Productions.

My previous experience working as database analyst for Experian, gave me a lot of problem
solving experience. I have an excellent track record of completing projects on time. My expertise in problem
solving and communication make me a great addition to your team. I assisted in the successful completion of
many database builds. My supervisor also relied on my ability to provide quality assurance and my excellent
communications skills. We had proprietary software so I had to learn everything on my own. I started out on
the ground level and ended my career there at the highest level.

I had to take some time off working full time when I had my son. He is on the Autism Spectrum and for
awhile required me to be home with him. Now that he is thriving, I would love to go back to doing something I
love which is working in customer service. My customers always loved me and I loved helping them.

I have a good computer with a 99% reliable internet connection.
I am available to work daytime in the Central time zone (I’m in IL).
I have 20 years project management history working at Experian managing databases and teams.
I have experience managing more than 25 accounts from my work at Experian since after we built a database we still had to support the team who continued to service the client.
I have great people skills with all jobs, my clients always loved me.
I have a good learning ability since I started at the ground level with minimum training at Experian (workbooks) and worked my up to highest level teaching myself the proprietary software used there.
I am a self-starter but also a team player due to all my experience at Experian.

I have attached my resume for your review and I look forward to speaking with you further regarding your
available position.

Sincerely,
Denise Hyde

Virtual Assistant – 2

Dear Mr. Heimlich,

I am writing in response to the available Virtual Assistant position.

I am currently working as the Virtual Operations Coordinator of an email marketing company. We send email campaigns for insurance companies that are recruiting agents and producers.

My current duties include client management, email design and quality control. I manage the Accounts Payable and Receivable for the company as well as managing the CEO’s personal finances.

I am an Army wife of seven years. My virtual position has given me the ability maintain a position in spite of moving but has more importantly taught me that self-discipline is key.

I have worked very closely with many IMO’s and FMO’s in their nationwide email marketing efforts over the course of the past six years and have become well versed in what makes a person “click here.”

After reviewing your website, I am very interested in learning more about the available position. I would love the opportunity to further discuss your company and how I would fit within the company structure.

Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,

Abby J. Alexander
