Dear Mr./Ms.:

I am interested in the Virtual Administrative Assistant position. As an Executive Assistant at Landlord Productions, LLC., I believe that the skills and experiences I have gained at this position make me an ideal candidate for the job of Virtual Administrative Assistant.

As Executive Assistant, I have developed strong administrative skills in rental property management. For example, one of my main duties was to develop and maintain the company’s accounting system. I collect rents and organize receipts and invoices for purchases and payments. I also communicate with tenants on repair orders and late rent payments. I work with case workers regularly as most of the tenants receive a subsidy from NYS as they are low-income.

These duties require great organizational skills and an ability to multi-task and remain focused when under pressure.

I have also gained extensive experience in administrative work. My experience in New York Farm Bureau has afforded me the opportunity to become very organized and be able to prioritize work for eight lobbyists.
