Project Manager – Hire My Mom

Project Manager

Hi Cathryn,

I would like to enthusiastically throw my hat into the ring for your Project Manager position. Not only am I proficient at working with projects from inception to completion, I LOVE planners!

Yes, my resume title is “Content Manager,” but with that position and my ten years of experience with my own business, I’ve had plenty of experience in project management! No matter what kind of task I’m involved in, meeting deadlines and doing what needs to be done in order to get the project completed is my “thing.” I am extremely detailed oriented and love working within a team toward a common goal.

I also have vast experience working with affiliates (I see you have an affiliate program) and working with vendors (in my pre-online business world). I have created many SOPs as I feel it’s a great foundation to help a business grow.

I would love the opportunity to speak with you further about this position and your vision for BestSeld Co!

Project Manager

I’m Honey from Philippines and I am interested in the job you just posted. I believe that my skills can match to this position. As a Project Manager, I’m keen on details, following processes and procedures, overseeing customer projects, sending reminders and checking in with various team members to make sure projects are running on time, chasing up clients for missing project information, ensuring clients have filled in their information forms, updating client records, personal admin tasks.

I am highly competent on G-Suite (Google for business) and confident to use an online CRM (Active Campaign). I am a seriously quick (self) learner to study and understand company services, processes and procedures. I am a fast worker and I am a person who thrive in a fast-paced role and will enjoy having to oversee the admin of numerous projects at once. I am someone who loves the challenge of being responsible for making sure none of the projects get dropped.

As a project manager, I will be to be on top of everything and will be doing admin wise and constantly be on top of chasing staff and clients for their work submissions before the deadline hits and updating the client with where their projects are at regularly. I’m absolutely NOT a dilly-dallier. I’m someone who thrives on the ethos of ‘get shit done’ and has initiative to take the lead and take full responsibility of ensuring projects are meeting deadlines.

I will have a full responsibility for making sure every project runs smoothly and on time by the act of ensuring the admin tasks are being met daily (clients have filled in forms, submitted their course paperwork, their records are up to date, reminders sent to staff etc). I am someone who is a bit of a control freak and a ‘bossy boots’ but does so in an extremely friendly and courteous manner, would be an ideal character for this. I am a highly driven freelancer who takes exceptional pride in their work only. I can start immediately in a long term manner. I am someone who is prepared to stick around.

I have versatile administrative support skill set developed through experience. I am a cheerful and enthusiastic person who enjoys a challenge and achieving personal goals. My core competencies, aside from being a computer savvy, also focus on the general office administration tasks, social media marketing and search engine optimization. I’m keen to details, organized, task-oriented, result-oriented, deadline-driven, professional. This has been my bread and butter that is why I take my job seriously.

There are lots of other tasks that I have done – including research tasks, managing my online school, uploading and editing videos, creating images, social media posting and management, submitting my articles to the media, submitting my speaking profile to conference organisers, posting my online course coupons in promotion sites, data entry, simply wordpress editing, and much much more.

I am confident that I have the skills you need. And thus, would make a great addition to your team. I am reliable and I strive in giving satisfaction to both consumers and clients by providing and assuring them the highest international standards of quality services. I’ll make sure that I can offer diversity, flexibility and independence to make you satisfied with my work.

I appreciate your taking the time to look at my letter. Thank you so much for your consideration.

Very Respectfully Yours,

To whom it may concern,
My name is Katherine Swire and I am applying for the project manager position. I have experience in this field with Richard Industrial Group. I have had to help create budgets for projects before using both time and material.
I feel that I am a good fit for this position. I am an organized person who learns quickly. I have experience starting from nothing with little to no guidelines. I have experience Quickbooks 2016 and Excel. I use Excel on a daily basis. I love constructive criticism.
My ex-boss at Littleton Englewood Wastewater Treatment plant sound just like you. I helped her organize and stay on the right path. Once I learned what she liked we worked very well together and I still communicate with her often.
The part that resonated with me was the creating out of the chaos. I like making things make sense by organizing and creating Excel documents or Word Documents. I do not own the book Strength Finder 2.0 but if you do consider me for the job I will gladly purchase it. Some of my strengths are that I am an organized person with strong time management skills. I am honest in all aspects of my life and strive truthfulness in everything that I do. When I am passionate about something I put forth 110% effort. I am detail oriented so I take my time in completing tasks to make sure that they are right but I also make sure that I complete everything on or before the deadline. I am very interested in this position. Please consider me for an interview.
Thank you in advance for your consideration,

Katherine Swire

I am writing to apply for the Virtual Assistant position. I am currently a part time virtual assistant working 10 hours each week and am looking to gain another 10-15 hours. I have worked for the same company since 2016. My daily duties include but are not limited to creating and managing the business owner’s schedule, overseeing and managing each project of the business owner’s from start to finish while being the point of contact for each client, creating and scheduling social media for the business owner’s clients.

Previously I was the Director of Special Events at a downtown Chicago restaurant that generated over $1.3 million in sales and prior to the I was the Event Coordinator, which was more of an assistant role. This fast paced, high energy environment required organization, creative thinking, the ability to multitask and prioritize as well as excellent communication skills with clients and coworkers alike resulting in successful experiences for the guests.

I am certain that you will find me to be a well-qualified candidate for your Project Manager position. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you for your time and consideration.
