Oasis Therapy Center

Dear Dr. Ayelet Krieger,

Please accept this letter and my attached resume as application of interest in joining your team at Oasis Therapy Center. I am always interested and willing to learn new and exciting ways to improve myself and my skills!

I have administrative experience in two separate roles. I worked as an administrative assistant to the Director of the Student Union while attending a State University, as well as an administrative assistant to the CEO of Capital Card Services. In which time i assisted with office duties, filing paperwork as well as greeting and assisting customers. I have not worked in a mental health or clinical field previously. My sales experience is currently running, managing and promoting my own business through only online platforms.

I believe I am a strong fit for this position as we share the same values. I believe we are all here to make ourselves better. If we are not improving ourselves, we are not moving forward and I believe we are all capable of helping each other with that.

I should have no problem with the response time qualifications. I currently work part time but am flexible in being available to help. The hours and growing together works great for me. I would love to grow with the company as well as my hours.

I am looking for a long term job, I have no desire to jump from position to position. I like to get to know my employer and am very loyal when I feel this is where I need to be.

I believe my qualifications for this position include my upbeat and positive personality, drive and ambition in creating my own business and also possessing numerous skills and experiences within many of my positions. I am also very skilled at organizing, prioritizing and handling confidential documents.

I was very excited to hear of your company, I believe I would be a great fit to work with you. I would appreciate the opportunity to meet and further share with you my qualifications and enthusiasm for joining the Rekruiting company. I invite you to review my attached resume and thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,

Kristen Aasheim

To whom it may concern,

I would love the opportunity to speak with you about this photography retouching position. I have some past experience in this field, although not with wedding photography, specifically.

I don’t currently have examples to share (not before and afters, I do still have some retouched photos available) but I would LOVE to offer some free work for you to examine if you would be willing to allow that.

Thank you for your consideration.

Dr. Hiring Manager,

I am interested in your posted position, in search of a Virtual Assistant. I found this site through a family friend. She reached out to my because of my years as a college student from the University of Montana and from my past experience working in customer service at a hotel and retail setting. As a mother of 4 beautiful girls, one being a newly diagnosed diabetic, I find that job such as this, would be a better fit for me and my family.

Before I became pregnant with my youngest daughter in August of 2016, I was the Customer Service Supervisor at The Holiday Inn in Missoula, where I successfully helped lead an amazing team. I supervised all aspects of the front desk, including checking in/out guests, making large deposits, completed night audit, and various other accounting skills. As the supervisor, I was always up to date and current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices. I also operated and cash register that accepted both cash and credit card transactions.
Working in a high volume customer service capacity, I learned how to work and stay clam under pressure, having children will do that to you as well. I was also a Troop Leader for Girl Scouts, where planning and organization was crucial.
Working for a company such as your will give me the opportunity to expand my skills and give me the confidence I need to be a successful virtual assistant.

With Sincere Appreciation,

Danielle N Baughman

Dear Peter,

I am applying for the Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant position you have posted on hiremymom.com.

I worked as an Escrow Assistant for several years, and why I ever left the real estate world is a mystery to me. I feel like the experience I gained from that experience and positions I have held outside of the real estate world would make me the ideal candidate for this position.

I am a people person and love to build relationships. If there is an area I am not confident in, I am quick to ask and quick to learn.

I look forward to hearing from you regarding this position.

To Whom It May Concern:

I am interested in the position as Appointment Setter. As an eager, self-motivated and reliable recent Northwestern University graduate, I am adequately equipped for this position.

I would be a great fit for this position because I am (1) detail-oriented; (2) I am an eager and quick learner; and (3) I have strong verbal and written communication skills. First, I have a keen attention to detail. While working with college athletes, I had to be very aware of various signs of injuries or potential hazards during practices and games. Within an office setting, I have also shown a great attention to detail in entering and reviewing specific numerical data while multitasking other administrative responsibilities. Also, I am an eager and quick learner, able to efficiently learn and properly use new software programs and other processes. I have successfully learned and used a range of job-specific programs from Rectrac to Workspeed to TherapySource. Lastly, I possess strong communication skills. As a Tenant Service Coordinator, I resolved tenant concerns via phone, email and online work requests for a large commercial property. I facilitated urgent and prompt communication between building management, staff and tenants for proper and timely completion of work, as well as resolutions to problems that may have arisen.

Thank you for your time and consideration. Please contact me if you have any additional questions. I look forward to speaking with you soon.

I write regarding your open position. As you will see from my attached resume, I have extensive experience as an Executive Assistant. For nearly two years, I served as the right hand of the Director of a small non-profit organization. On a daily basis, my position required me to multi-task, meet strict deadlines and take initiative.

Currently, I provide direct support for the owner of a single-member law firm. In my position I have responsibility over a variety of administrative tasks such as organizing case files, answering phones, and delivering documents to the court house. Working intimately with clients and case files requires a great deal of professionalism and confidentiality.

I am confident that I will add value to your team with great passion and professionalism. I sincerely appreciate the opportunity to do so.

Ms. Nichols,

I am interested in applying for the sewing job you recently posted. My attached resume consists of all of my education and work experience for the past 25+ years. However, for the past three or four years, I have been working on different hobbies and businesses at home and online. One of my many loves is anything crafty! I have dabbled in sewing (both by hand and by machine), cross stitch, crocheting, knitting, and most recently, greeting card making. Because I spent most of my life in the “office” environment, I am more interested now in using my artistic abilities. I want to do something that I love but that is also fun and challenging. I am always making some type of craft for my daughter, her friends, and her classmates.

I would love to be able to assist you with your Etsy business.

Thank you for your consideration.

Hi, I am very interested in the job that you have posted. I have been doing social media marketing since December of 2016, and I absolutely love it. I used to be in the health field for twelve years and decided that I needed a change, and this is it! I love to be creative, be challenged and to learn new skills. I am an effective communicator, and if I have questions or don’t understand something I have no problem letting you know. Being in the health field for that many years I have learned to handle people, specifically at their worst time and have learned a lot on effective communicating. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask. I look forward to speaking with you soon.

Dear Sir/Madam,

It is with great enthusiasm that I submit my application for the virtual assistant position. As an executive administrative professional with over 15 years’ experience, I know my diverse skills and qualifications will make me an asset to your team.

As you will see from the attached resume, I’ve built my career in a variety of roles and industries, where I have been not just the admin but also gatekeeper, bookkeeper and marketing guru. I’m not only used to wearing many hats, I sincerely enjoy it; I thrive in an environment where no two work days are exactly the same.

In addition to being flexible and responsive, I’m also a fanatic for details. One of my recent projects was the transition to a cloud-based electronic filing system: I created the filing system and created naming conventions for the files to facilitate quick and accurate document retrieval and archiving. I also transitioned the phone system to RingCentral: each board member now has with a direct phone line that rings on their personal cell phone, and conference calls, messaging, and virtual meetings are easily accomplished although we do not have a physical office.

In closing, I am thrilled at the possibility of being considered for this position, and would love the opportunity to meet with you and discuss the value that I can bring to your business. This position will support my volunteer community work, and I do not have any other employment commitments right now. My available working days are flexible right now. I appreciate your consideration and look forward to hearing from you.

Warmest regards,

I have worked and volunteered in various positions allowing me to gain experience writing, editing and proofreading, and creating social media content.

I recently worked for a cosmetic surgeon and was instrumental in growing her online presence on Facebook and Twitter. I used Canva to create documents for events, sales, and graphics for social media posts. I also created a MailChimp account for the doctor to send mass marketing emails to her clients. I am familiar with using stock photos as well. I often created posts well ahead of schedule, sometimes even a month or more ahead. Some of my projects are listed on LinkedIn.

There was no budget for social media so everything was done using free resources. I have had no formal training in social media content or managing, but jumped into it with both feet and discovered I enjoyed it!

I have experience managing an office as well as groups of volunteers which required planning for various activities and events including meetings, banquets, and fundraisers.

I have served as Director of Women’s Ministries as well as writer and editor of the Women’s Ministries’ newsletter. During that time, I was also a freelance proofreader and editor. Most of the work received was from MacMillan Publishing in Indianapolis. I edited and proofread a variety of books from short stories to computer program manuals. I’ve been running a Virtual Assistant/Web Design business for the last (almost) 10 years.

I am a mom to three kids (13, 12 and 10), and I’ve been married for almost 19 years. I am completely self-taught in all things design/code – which may be less than desirable, but it also means I’m willing to learn things, and am not attached to any one way of doing things.

There is never a moment that photoshop/illustrator are not open on my computer for one reason or another.

I consider myself to be an intuitive designer – and refuse to do any website that copies branding from any other website. I believe, firmly, that all websites should be the digital version of the company/entrepreneur that it represents.

Seeing as how I’m a mom and a wife and whatnot – I’m not like adrenaline junkie adventurous, but I’m willing to do just about anything to reach my goals. And hiking in remote locations is about my favorite thing.

To Whom It May Concern:

Please consider this as my application for the open position that was posted on hiremymom.com.

I have utilized my communication, work ethic, and organization skills over the past seven years to plan and execute various special events and promotional activities at both my previous job and within the classroom. As a team leader and sales representative for OBJ Group I was able to exceed sales expectations and lead a team of five. As a marketing coordinator for OBJ Group, Pro Velocity, TJ Communications, and Crestone Aviation I handled everything from sales, to providing sponsorship opportunities for local organizations, to press releases to client relations. This gave me great opportunity to showcase my flexibility and outgoingness. I seek opportunities to demonstrate my ability to have excellent time management, dedication and an implausible amount of self-motivation.

As a marketing director for Jimmy John’s, I practiced my marketing and communication skills daily and assisted in increasing sales for the local Grand Junction franchise by 18% over the summer of 2014. I accomplished this by attending events at the Chamber of Commerce and by conducting guerilla marketing. As a student, my background has allowed me to develop characteristics such as: leadership, self-discipline, patience, and a strong work ethic. I have lead multiple team projects, including leading a team in a national marketing competition for a client. Dear Hiring Manager,

As a 9/11 Combat Air Force Veteran and former news reporter and producer, I’m confident that I’m an ideal candidate for your company. From operating on foreign soil in austere locations to producing and hosting my own travel show in Santa Barbara, California, I am positive that I possess a desirable skill set to offer.

As a recent graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor’s in Communication, and also as a broadcast journalist, I have a proven track record of possessing exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. My military background has given me the ability to pay close attention to detail, to think critically, solve problems on my own, and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations, which makes me the ultimate, motivated team player.

In the news industry, I’ve gained the ability to juggle several different time-sensitive, high-priority assignments at once in order to meet tight deadlines in challenging environments. This has given me the ability to multi-task effectively and easily switch gears to adapt to any given situation with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks. As a reporter, hungry for answers, I’ve also developed the ability to work through challenging situations with persistence, and have a proven track record for getting results by following up with sources. I understand all social media platforms and I’m dedicated to creating up-to-date content, and developing a strong online presence.

As a producer and lead member of creative services for a non-profit television station, I like to think outside the box. Using my strength in interpersonal skills, I’ve built relationships with key community members and acted as a liaison to bridge the gap between the public and the television station that gives people a voice. I helped develop a strategy to successfully raise funds in support of the station through marketing and production of public service announcements, pledge drives, and online campaigns, achieving management’s targeted quarterly objective.

There are many different stations listed on my resume, which is common in the pursuit of a career in broadcast journalism.

My husband’s recent retirement from the Air Force now allows us stability, and we are happy to be settled in the Pacific Northwest. I’m excited about the possibility of working for your company, and I’m confident that if you hire me, I’ll contribute positively to your team. Please feel free to reach me at (805) 618-0090 or email me at stephanie.start@gmail.com. Thank you very much for your time, and have a pleasant day.

Very Respectfully,
