I am inquiring about the Administrative position posted on HireMyMom.com. My skills are quite complementary for this position, and the qualities I possess correlate directly to the descriptions listed in the job description.

I am detail oriented and a perfectionist, and at the same time flexible and able to have a conception of the big picture. Although I have no direct experience in administration, there were aspects of it in children’s ministry. I was required to have impeccable verbal and written communication skills in my dealings with parents, children, and board members. The time it takes for me to learn a new skill is next to nothing, and I am very self-reliant. Working with a team, I am assertive and receive new ideas with enthusiasm. Honesty is the cornerstone of any healthy relationship whether it be professional or personal. That is an important aspect in the way I work and handle people.

I am very comfortable with people and enjoy that facet of my career. My philosophy is that making any event or project successful takes team effort, and no one person is above doing what it takes to make it successful.
