I would like to briefly highlight my career in administrative management and customer service. My extensive background in the administrative field and public service sector encompasses both working in non-profit and for-profit organizations. I have a demonstrated knowledge of a wide range of responsibilities and had to work and think fast in a constantly changing environment, as well as being able to rapidly reprioritize my duties as things changed throughout the day. I am capable of handling higher level tasks such as strategic development, providing excellent client and employee support, exhibiting leadership, ensuring increasing levels of customer and employee satisfaction, as well as motivating and providing excellent support to operations staff.

I have a wealth of knowledge with an outgoing, energetic personality. Highlights of my work strengths include a firm grasp of the Microsoft Office family of software, the Google platform, as well as PeopleSoft budgetary software. I thoroughly enjoy working with people, have strong project management skills, excellent time management, the ability to use sound judgment and make quick decisions when necessary, and effectively multi-tasking. I am very comfortable with people and enjoy that facet of my career. My philosophy is that making any event or project successful takes team effort, and no one person is above doing what it takes to make it successful.
I strive to always grow in my professional and personal endeavors and pride myself on my strong organizational and prioritization skills and working well in both a team environment and on my own. Taking ownership of my position and what is expected of me is a fundamental belief and I pride myself on doing a great job, taking it to the next level, if possible.
