This role involves managing calendars, assisting with event planning, and handling important information. You must be available during business hours via phone and text and have excellent organizational and time management skills.

Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, responding to phone calls and text messages in a professional manner, assisting with basic event planning, conducting research, maintaining accurate and organized records, and working collaboratively with the professional to ensure seamless communication and support.

Qualifications for the role include proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google applications, experience in basic event planning and coordination (a plus), comfortable with using phone and text messaging to communicate, and the ability to work independently and be self-motivated
