We are a fast-growing US land investment company that buys rural vacant land below market and resells to builders, agents, and end buyers. We’re looking for an A-Player closer to work directly with the owner. You will run closing calls on warm leads, re-engage previously offered leads (timing is everything here), and proactively source your own opportunities. This is not an intake seat. This is the seat that closes deals and can grow with the company if you want it to.Your

Responsibilities:
-Run closing / proposal calls on warm leads that are booked on your calendar each week by priority — present pricing, defend the offer, and negotiate to a signed contract.
-Make outbound calls and book your own meetings when you have capacity. You’re expected to be a go-getter, not only take what’s handed to you.
-Follow up and re-engage leads we previously made offers to. Many of our best deals come from timing; consistent follow-up and re-engagement are the highest-leverage part of this role.
-Work with the owner on live deals to help get things closed.
-Hand off signed deals cleanly to due diligence and occasional contact with sellers under contract .

What Success Looks Like:
-Attend every meeting booked on your calendar
-Close deals
-Stay aggressive and keep negotiating even when the offer isn’t perfect or the seller seems hesitant
-Consistently follow up and re-engage previously worked leads. Effort and persistence on the follow-up side are the real differentiators in this seat
