We’re looking for an Operations Associate with 1-5 years of experience in CPG operations, logistics, and/or supply chain to support our food and beverage clients. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership in fast-moving environments. You’ll have exposure to a diverse group of early-stage and growing CPG brands, wonderful entrepreneurs, and the opportunity to directly impact how their businesses operate and scale.
This is a remote, contract position for approx. 10-15 hours per week, approx. 2 to 3 hours per day to be performed anytime 8am to 6pm USA eastern time. Total number of hours required / available may be flexible for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Own wholesale order fulfillment from PO receipt through delivery and, when applicable, invoicing.
- Coordinate with contract manufacturers, 3PLs, suppliers, distributors, carriers, and other external partners to keep projects and orders moving.
- Manage purchasing and on-time delivery of ingredients, packaging, and other materials to manufacturing partners.
- Track finished goods, ingredients, and packaging inventory across multiple locations and proactively identify potential shortages or discrepancies.
- Source, quote, and coordinate freight for domestic and international shipments.
- Build, document, and maintain SOPs that improve operational consistency, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Review and audit operational data—including receiving reports, inventory records, freight invoices, and vendor invoices—to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

-Is comfortable working remotely and collaborating through video calls, email, Slack, and other digital tools.
Requirements
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
-2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related role.
-Direct experience in the CPG industry strongly preferred.
-Experience working with contract manufacturers, 3PLs, distributors, retailers, and/or freight providers is a plus.
