Looking for a UX designer with experience in conducting full design projects from start to finish. You will be apart of a small team with one other designer and 5 developers. You will be responsible for conducting projects with clients in which you must understand the client’s field and unique business needs and draft a software system to meet these needs. That said, candidates must have high critical thinking skills, self-motivation and organization to be sucessful in this role. Our agency expects a high quality of work for the hours we bill our clients, and need a candidate who can be intentional and efficient with time use. You must be able to collaborate with the main UX designer and developers.

We are open to paying hourly or a monthly salary with a minimum hours given, to be determined in the interview and offer process.
