Sometimes it’s because one heir disappeared decades ago and no one knows how to reach them. Sometimes a single uncooperative family member is blocking everyone else from moving forward. And often, people just don’t know where to start or don’t have the money and legal resources to take the next step — so the property sits in limbo, creating stress and conflict for years.

That’s where we come in.

We’re a small, tight-knit real estate team that helps families unlock difficult properties and move on. We’re not pushy investors. We’re problem solvers. And we’re looking for a Part-Time Appointment Setter to help us reach these families, listen to their story, and connect them with solutions.

When we do finally reach someone, we hear things like:

“We’ve been waiting for a call like this.”

Because without help, these families can lose their property and walk away with nothing.

The Role We’re Hiring For
We’re looking for a Part-Time Appointment Setter — someone who can pick up the phone, call heirs we’ve already researched, and have real, empathetic conversations.

This is not telemarketing. This is not a “dial until you sell” kind of job.

This is intentional, meaningful work where curiosity and compassion matter more than a hard close.

Your job is simple:

– Call the heirs we’ve identified
– Have conversations that feel more like listening than selling.
– Capture notes in our CRM.
– When the time is right, set an appointment with our specialist who will walk them through their options.

For these families, a property tied up in probate or family disputes isn’t just real estate — it’s stress, conflict, and uncertainty. When you call, you’re not “selling.” You’re giving them hope, clarity, and a path forward.

This is why empathy is so important. They don’t need a salesperson. They need someone who can listen, ask good questions, and help them feel understood.

If you’ve ever been the person in your family or workplace that others come to when things get messy — because you’ll listen, stay calm, and help figure it out — then you already have the core skills we need.

✅ What We’re Looking For
– US-based, remote (you can work from home, anywhere in the US).
– Naturally empathetic, curious, and patient.
– Someone comfortable on the phone, with a warm and professional tone.
– Detail-oriented — able to capture key notes in CRM.
– Prior real estate/probate experience is a plus, but not required. We’ll train you on the technical side.

💵 Compensation
– Part-time hourly base pay
– Bonus commissions for every deal
– Room to grow into a full-time role if it’s the right fit
