Worksite International, Inc. is a pioneer in the online ergonomics training marketplace. We provide consulting, ergonomics process design and management, ergonomics analysis (remote and onsite), and other relevant services. We are growing in our corporate and professional training programs and seeking a dynamic, motivated Mom to help us connect with leads, develop relationships and help convert to sales.

Purpose:
The purpose of this job is to support the CEO, while working with the Office Manager,  and external marketing team with inbound and outbound sales, marketing programs and campaigns to grow lists, develop relationships to convert to customers. Sales commission available after 6 months of employment.

 

Education
4 -year college degree desirable

 

Knowledge of and Experience:
·        2 years preferred with digital sales and marketing experience

·        Canva

·        Google

·        Zoom

·        Thinkific

·        HubSpot experience (will also train)

·        Must be proficient in:

o    Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

o   Google analytics

o   Social Medial

o   Website knowledge

o   Lead generation

o   Lead follow-up

o   Measure and test

o   SEO

o   Branding

o   Manage contacts

o   Computer savvy

Essential Functions:

1.      Work with CEO to create various marketing campaigns targeting corporations and professionals based on the campaign

2.      Evaluate success of campaigns.

3.      Track inbound lead interests from HubSpot inquiries. Nurture and develop relationship with lead to convert to client.

4.      Set up virtual, online and phone meetings for CEO based on lead interest and pursue as client.

5.      Knowledge of and ability to manage social media accounts on Twitter, Linked In, Facebook and Instagram.

6.      Continually study and learn market trends in digital marketing techniques and apply to ergonomics marketplace.

7.      Analyze Google Analytics to create new ideas for growth and sales.

8.      Assist CEO with virtual seminar presentations as moderator on Zoom.

9.      Client outreach by email and phone, set up meetings to screen for lead viability.

10.   Create templates, sequences, and workflows in HubSpot.

11.   Work with Office Manager to coordinate activities with CEO.

12.   Use Canva for sales and marketing promos.

13.   Use Zoom and Google Meets.

14.   Assist with student account management in Thinkific for course and certificate renewal

15.   Other duties assigned

 

Salary:
Part-time to start 20 hours per week – $25 hour

Sales commission after 6 -months of demonstrated success and progress in performing the essential functions.
