Accountable for all email marketing. (Brand style guide and content guidelines provided.)
Alignment with the brand’s editorial calendar.
Create compelling creative assets using Canva or similar content creation platforms.
Present options to co-founders, make revisions when needed.
Email campaign creation including imagery, copywriting and template management.
Compile email metrics for a weekly report.
Analyze results and suggest improvements.
Basic CRM management, as needed.
Optimize email campaigns with strategic segmentation, Klayvio flows and smart series.
Weekly 15-30 min check-in meetings.

Our exclusive fits are available direct-to-consumer via our website. We have been in business just over 6 months and are looking to build our team so we can prepare to scale.

Wild Isles is a premium swimwear company based out of Minneapolis, MN. Manufactured in Minnesota, selling D2C domestically, with plans for international distribution.
Qualifications
Experience with Klayvio or similar email marketing platforms and integrations. Graphic design experience. Excellent copywriting skills. Copywriting and email campaign creation and management. Experience with retail or online product brands. Bonus if a women’s boutique, apparel or a corporate retail background.
