I’m looking for part-time help as a US-based virtual assistant. Your work will be managing my land acquisitions and negotiating with landowners. No real estate experience required. I will train you on everything you need to know about land acquisitions.
• Calling Customers
• Following Up with leads
• Basic negotiations
• Recording information in our database
• Occasional emails with leads
• Produce weekly reports
Requirements for this position:
• Access to stable internet
• Access to US based phone number (you will provide your own. Google Voice OK)
• Computer access
Qualities for this position:
• Good listener
• Flexible with work schedule (15min here and there etc.)
This position would be on as-needed basis. Some weeks you would work 5-10 hours others it could be significantly less. Work needs to be completed in a timely manner (24hrs response to new leads). A bonus will be offered if you negotiate a good deal!
