Position Title: Website Designer/Builder
Work Area: Fulfillment
Reports To: Production Manager

Position’s Goal:

The role of the Website Designer/Builder is to work within our Fulfillment team and processes to design and build quality website pages based on our conversion-focused design strategies and within our rigorous timelines.

Key Functions & Responsibilities:

• Design/build new internal website pages based on the approved homepage design
• Build in the browser and on our development site(s) with Beaver Builder, Beaver Themer & our approved plugins
• Complete a variety of support requests for client websites that use Beaver Builder, such as designing/building new pages, making design layout changes to existing pages, designing custom post types, etc.
• Understand how site visitors will experience designs and make practical decisions to improve user experience
• Ensure website pages are error-free before submitting them to the Production Manager for review
• Track progress in our project management system
• Load and format website content
• Attend trainings and meetings when requested
• Create, review, and improve internal documentation when requested
• Collaborate with team members on assigned projects

Growth Path:

The growth path for this position is flexible for varying contractor goals. The person in this position will have the opportunity to advance to Lead Website Designer/Builder or, if preferred, remain our reliable Website Designer/Builder with increased hours.

Location: Remote

Hours: Starting at 10-15 hours per week with the possibility to increase
Availability: Must be available to work during EST business hours

Internal Tests: Cultural fit, technical overview, Kolbe assessment
Languages: Fluent English
