Overview

This job will be 3-4 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Hours can be flexible but must be available for weekly team meeting and communication each day through slack

Scope:  Our High Ticket Setter will assist to sell our program to new outbound and/or inbound prospects. Setters manage their own pipeline of prospects. They are also an essential component of our customer experience. Setters understand that they are more than “Sales”, they are the first impression a prospect will get of the company and thus they must be professional, an effective communicator, and excellent at building rapport. They are also motivated by helping our clients achieve the highest levels of success. Setters understand that the sales process itself is a choreographed experience that should have the customer begging to buy

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

Able to set a solid book of appointments for the sales team
Effectively communicate with constant active LinkedIn outreach
Maintain a clear, up to date and accurate pipeline in our CRM
Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients over extended periods of time
Educate customers on our products from an expert perspective
Responsiveness and communication are key with both customers and the internal team
All internal communication cycles are properly followed
Must be able to leverage a minimum of 5 appointments a week through qualified leads and reach out
Must consistently and actively add to the lead list
Qualifications:

Strong sales support background
Problem solver, self-starter who has the ability to work in a start-up environment
Excellent communication skills
Must be great at presenting
Excellent at building rapport
Open to learning new processes in sales
Well organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and understood by the leadership team
Well-organized and excellent time management abilities
Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers
Job Type: Flexible/Part-time (a minimum of 2-3 hours per day)

Compensation

Commission: $500 per each closed deal. A closed deal consists of deposit take and contract signed and completion of sale confirmed by Sales or Leadership Team
An additional $500 bonus for every 5 sales (5 sales will earn $3000)
