We are seeking a project manager with the organizational skills and workflow experience to oversee the many processes and projects (big and small) that go into making our platform successful, and mold them into a turnkey operation to take things to the next level.

The Project Manager we need has/is:

Minimum 5 years of project management experience (ideally 10+ years)
Detail oriented (OCD is a plus)
Deadline oriented
Quick learner
Ability to juggle multiple hats
Firm (but friendly)
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Proficiency with spreadsheets and project management software (we use Asana)
Ability to work independently as well as with a team
Comfortable holding all team members (including the founder) accountable for their roles and responsibilities

You will be managing numerous projects simultaneously and will serve as the point person for our founder and creative team.  Part of your responsibility will be creating reasonable timeframes and expectations to ensure completion and quality control of projects in the following areas:

– Marketing, Operations & Social Media

– E-commerce/ Product Testing

– Viewer/ Customer Experience
– Blog Content (Helping to set deadlines, manage & schedule blog content – no writing necessary)

– New Product Creation

– Customer Service

– Search Engine Optimization for Blog Content

– Membership Platform

We’re looking for someone who is aligned with our values and who can be trained over time to become a core team member in the company.  You don’t need to be an expert in any of the above listed functions or possess an executive level background, but all relevant work experience is a definite help.

While it’s not required, it’s a big plus if you have a personal interest in, or are simply curious about the topics in our space, which include:

– This is a part-time contractor position with the expectation to become full-time within 1-3 months of starting.

– This is a fully remote position, with the opportunity to travel to the Denver/ Boulder CO area for selected work meetings and events.
