Are you passionate about Digital Marketing? We’re seeking a dynamic Director of Digital Marketing to join our team. Your role involves enhancing our team through creative marketing strategies.

Responsibilities include website updates, executing effective social media campaigns, crafting visually appealing graphics, and producing engaging content. Leveraging your skills in social media marketing, video production, graphic design, and copywriting, you’ll be instrumental in promoting our offerings and brand.

  • Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns for a residential real estate team and real estate coaching business.
    Creating engaging content for website, social media and other online platforms
  • Analyzing website traffic and other metrics to measure campaign performance
  • Create and design marketing collateral using Canva, including social media posts, agent templates, and other marketing tools, and assist with outsourcing larger projects to third party marketing partners and virtual assistant team
  • Maintain and update the Marketing Content Calendar.
  • Produce monthly email newsletters
  • Assist in planning and organizing team events and training/classes.
  • Managing and monitoring social media accounts and ad campaigns
  • Designing and sending email marketing campaigns to potential and existing real estate clients, potential team members, and coaching clients
  • Collaborating with the owner to ensure a cohesive brand image and consistent messaging across all channels
  • Assist with ConvertKit & Mailchimp by creating campaigns and database management.
  • Stay abreast of real estate marketing trends, emerging digital marketing strategies, and industry best practices, adapting and implementing new approaches as needed.

We are a small (but growing) real estate team located in Phoenix, AZ. Owner has been a real estate broker/leader in this market for almost 25 years.

You will be handling all marketing duties for both the real estate team and Bob Hertzog Coaching. The target market for this business will be private coaching clients and agents that want to join The Bob Hertzog Home Selling Team. The target market for the Bob Hertzog Home Selling Team will primarily be new and existing home buyers/sellers.

• Dynamic and enthusiastic individual with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a creative mindset. • Proficient in thriving within fast-paced environments and excelling in deadline-driven projects. • Meticulous attention to detail accompanied by exceptional organizational and time management abilities. • Proficient in graphic design, particularly experienced with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, and related software. • System-oriented with a knack for generating innovative design concepts and embracing forward-thinking approaches. • A dedicated team player who places value on collaboration and teamwork. • Previous experience in a real estate environment is a bonus
