The Story Immersion Project is a growing coaching company on a mission to help writers start, complete and publish their stories.
Details :
Guaranteed 10 hours per week; with potential for more
Work from home : Commitment and Ability to work Pacific Time
Handle the administration of several writing programs: submissions, monthly event and meeting scheduling, monitoring community activity, maintaining the training center, onboarding, invoicing, managing outside vendors, etc.
** The eventual goal of this role would be to coordinate launches ***
– Ability to make decisions and resolve problems as they arise
– Working directly with the CEO to provide support, and offer solutions and suggestions
– Ensure accuracy and attention to the details ( a belief that no detail is to small)
– Handling customer support and success in writing programs to ensure that The Story Immersion Project is the top source of education and training for people wanting to start, complete, and publish their stories.
– Managing the day-to-day of writing programs ; confidence in decision making ability
Requirements:
Must be Tech Savvy; willing and able to learn multiple platforms
Current Tech Stack Includes : ( not limited to)
PayPal, Stripe, Click Funnels, Kajabi, Active Campaign and Vimeo
Must have designated, Distraction Free Workspace
Ability to time block and manage time effectively
Be a Stickler for Deadlines
Excellent written and Verbal Communication Skills

A Little About Anne and The Story Immersion
I am a story coach and the founder of The Story Immersion Project where I help writers tell stories audiences want to read.
I taught myself to read by memorizing Blueberries For Sal when I was three years old and have been immersed in Story ever since!
I’ve guided over 8,000 writers through the writing process in my digital courses and programs and coached hundreds in 1:1 coaching sessions and in group programs. I love working with writers who are ready to commit to their stories and develop viable concepts into stories they can publish and sell.
As a senior development executive in Hollywood, my job was to sift through thousands of stories to find those with potential and then work with writers to develop them into saleable stories.
From project premise to draft after draft, I worked with writers, studio execs, producers, agents, and many others to create stories with impact.
I took that deep knowledge of Story I learned in Hollywood and created my Hollywood Story System to help novelists, memoirists, and narrative nonfiction writers. I work with writers who are ready to commit to themselves and their books, and write and/or revise books that resonate with readers.
I’m a straight-shooting but compassionate story coach, who believes in the power of character-driven, emotionally resonant, structured stories.

Qualifications
3 -5 years experience as a Virtual Assistant or 1 year as an Online Business Manager
