Patient Coordinator

We are looking for a growth-minded individual to add to our Patient Coordinator team. You must be a team player who is friendly, engaging, and passionate about moving our team, patients, and practice to greater levels of health.

The Position

We’re looking for a team member who has a team oriented disposition, a growth mindset, and excellent communication skills. This team member should have at least one year of customer service and administrative experience.

This position will:

  • Be the face and/or voice of the practice as our Patient Coordinators serve patients first. Provide exceptional customer service.
    Communicate with patients in many forms (phone, email, text) to schedule appointments, answer questions or assist in any way.
  • Build lasting relationships with patients ensuring that they are satisfied with their interactions.

Practice Location

This position is a hybrid position held at our Georgetown, TX location. Training will be fully on-site.

Office Hours:

  • Monday- 7:00am-6:00pm
  • Tuesday- 7:00am-6:00pm
  • Wednesday- 7:00am-6:00pm
  • Thursday- 7:00am-6:00pm
  • Friday- 8:00am-12:00pm
