Overview
Approximately 2-4 hours per day working with customers via email. Arranging text and logos on a product that is laser engraved in our shop.
Emails will come in from customers at all times of the day. So you need to be able to log on and off the computer as you reply to the customers and log off when you are caught up.
Additional responsibilities may include website maintenance, marketing/social media, and multiplatform sales help depending on experience.

A small company that creates awards mostly for military and first responders. We have a solid reputation, and have short deadlines. Interesting products and customers.
Qualifications
The position covers everything from customer service, to creating graphics, to proofreading, to managing the order database. You should expect to keep good customer relations, but work on projects swiftly. You will also need to communicate with other departments regarding each individual order as required by each project. The day to day will consist of logging on and off throughout the day as orders come in. Self motivator and efficient time management skills absolutely necessary. Coreldraw or Adobe Illustrator proficiency is required. Experience in simple graphics or logo design in vector format is a plus.
