I am a certified coach for multi-passionate authors and entrepreneurs looking to increase their impact and income online.
I have used virtual assistants in the past for one-off projects here and there, I have a financial planner that I meet with quarterly and I’m looking to build a long-term relationship with my bookkeeper:)

WHO I’M LOOKING FOR:
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Well-versed in budgeting software, including Quickbooks
- Familiar with technology including Google Suite – Google Sheets, Docs, etc.
- Fluent in English + Excellent communication skills
- Loves their work

- Has excellent testimonials from happy past or current clients:)

Familiarity with Freshbooks
Has filed multiple tax returns for a self-employed person before

I’m really looking for a pro to partner with in holding me accountable to my budget as well as get me to a place where I can quickly review my budget, understand where I am in my spending at any given time, and celebrate my wins for being organized and bringing in more income to support my entrepreneurial mission!
THIS JOB IS EXTREMELY FLEXIBLE!
Once we’re onboarded, I don’t anticipate you exceeding 10 hours of work a week.
That being said, if you’re looking for a part-time bookkeeping job that’s upwards of 20 hours a week, this is not the job for you.
DETAILS:
Hours: 2-5 hours a week to start, hopefully moving to more like 5-10 hours / month
Pay: $17 / hour
Timeline: I will be looking to hire in the last week of this month
