Jewelry Designer Seeks Virtual Assistant

Currently a one woman shop, we interface with contractors and project specific resources. Would love to support military veterans, family members and/or spouses.

Duties and responsibilities:Plan out social media postings via Tailwind.
Create product listings in Shopify.
Create and maintain marketing calendar according to upcoming events & promotions.
Create Email Campaigns in Mailchimp.
Maintain email contact lists.
Required skill set:
Excellent English Skills (Fluent).
Extreme proficiency with Microsoft Word.
Familiarity with Shopify.
Familiarity with Google Docs.
Familiarity with Mailchimp.
Familiarity with social media platforms Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest.
Detail oriented & organized.
Ability to work independently & communicate well virtually.
Bonus skill set:
Familiarity with Tailwind.
Familiarity with Trello.
Tech savvy and/or website coding.
Photo editing skills.
Compensation: $15 and up based on experience.
Commitment: Part time, 15 – 20 hours/wk
This is a virtual, part-time position, which means you will work at home. However, it will require you to be available during regular work hours, PST M-F from 9-6 pm. Can be flexible with when you work your hours as long as they are within the regular working hours and a communicated schedule is in place.
